My classes are based on Hatha Yoga but I will sometimes draw on other styles of yoga where appropriate.
We will typically practice a blend of slow flowing sequences as well as longer held postures.
I incorporate progressions into all the postures so you are free to find your own level, whether you are a beginner or more advanced.
As well as working on postures, we may also include breathing practices and meditation.

We always finish with a beautiful guided relaxation, leaving students feeling recharged and centered.
No previous experience is required. Just come along with a mat if you have one [We have ones to borrow] and wear comfortable clothing. Barefoot is preferable.
